Lee has been a commercial pilot for more than 30 years, the last 21 of those with US Airways. His free time has been spent developing relationship ministries. He has been a volunteer with Young Life, a volunteer youth pastor at his church, and has worked one-on-one with AIDS victims and disabled people. In addition, Lee has been discipling men for more than 35 years. This experience makes him a great fit for Priority One in North Carolina. Lee and Sandy have been married for over 33 years, and have two children, Dustin and Nikki.

Lee loves to laugh, and is always ready to celebrate life with a party. He makes friends easily, and keeps them for life. While he likes playing golf or riding his motorcycle when he has free time, he is a true “family man” who loves to spend time with his wife, Sandy, and children, Dustin & Nikki.
Lee enjoys good food, especially when he’s doing the cooking. He likes the TV series, “24”, classic rock, and the beach. He doesn’t like yard work, dead batteries on motorcycles, or unnecessary meetings.
He is passionate about encouraging men to live out their purpose in God’s plan, and helping them discover freedom in Christ. He invites them to be real, and challenges them to discover who they are in Christ. Just don’t ask him to argue about theology.
Lee often talks about “living out of the overflow,” which he describes as “encountering the living God, and drinking deeply of His unconditional love.” This allows men to live with great boldness, freedom, and passion in their own lives, and share these attributes with others.
