14 ::07 :: 2008 - "These are emails (referring to Monday Morning), I receive weekly from Bob McCook, who is an inspiration and mentor of mine.  He plays a key part in a very interesting organization that focuses on reaching out and mentoring to men and specifically business men.   Generally, always a good quick message to start the week, this one struck as being good timing for me.   His point which I support entirely, although is difficult for many of us, is that church attitudes should not start and stop on Sundays…but carry through the week.  If you go to the site you will see that by focusing on specifically men, they are actually trying to reach and benefit women and their families as well.   I have attended one of their (weekend) retreats last year.  A weekend devoted entirely of self reflection was something new to me, but very rewarding and beneficial.   I may be going again in September this year.   Any of you gentleman, that would be interested in going, let me or Bob McCook know and I can let you know as my plans firm up.".

13 ::01 :: 2007 - "For me Lake Champion was the culmination of all the men's groups I have been part of in the past. Those small groups were so important in helping me walk in faith, but Lake Champion was the ultimate. So many men of faith seeking to come together to affirm and strengthen their walk with Christ. Very powerful!".

14 ::10 :: 2006 - "I had not been to a Lake Champion retreat before but have been involved with Priority One for about 3 years. I had heard great things from other guys in my accountability and discipleship group about the facilities, the food, the music, the fellowship, the camaraderie. Even my high expectations for a great weekend were exceeded ten-fold. The speakers were outstanding, the fellowship was top-notch, and the energy and enthusiasm for supporting each other as men of faith and walking that journey together with honesty and integrity was awesome. Can't wait for next year!".

12 :: 11 :: 2006 - “When I first moved here from NY I felt spiritually lost. I was a fairly new believer and was used to being surrounded by my church family. Now I was away from my extended biological family and away from my spiritual family. I felt alone and spiritually hungry. I happen to ask one of the first believers I met where a men’s group was that I could get involved in. I was directed to a Hershey Mills bible study that was meeting in the “wee hours of the morning”. I walked in feeling like I was attending a new school in a new neighborhood. Fortunately someone had told me to introduce myself to a “Bob McCook”. To my surprise he was the leader of the group and afterward when I went up an introduced myself to him my feeling of aloneness was gone. Bob introduced me to several of the men and before I new it we were all going to breakfast. Over the first year of our relocation Priority One was the key to my continued spiritual growth and feeling connected. In some ways nothing has changed. Many of my closest friends and mentors continue to come from one of my touch points with Priority One. Praying and supporting for Bob and the ministry is an on-going joy for me, and I thank God for it”.

12 ::03 :: 2006 - “How has God used Priority One in my life? He used their retreats, their Men, their open fellowship- to tear down the barrier that I had erected between myself and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. My life is completely changed because of that- and continues to change, grow, and evolve”
